Frequently asked questions
How do my guests access the QR code?
Your personal wedding event QR code is provided to you before your wedding. You can add this to your table signage, welcome display or wherever you want to display it. We'll also display it at the cart or our station on the night. Guests then simply scan your QR code and upload photographs directly from their phone.
Do my guests need other software or download any apps?
No. Your guests simply scan the QR code using their phone camera and upload their photographs through your personalised wedding event page, and we'll do the rest.
Can guests upload photographs taken by their phones?
Yes. Guests can upload the photographs and videos they capture throughout your wedding day, making it easy to collect all those candid moments in one place.
When do my guests receive their magnets?
We make your magnets live during your booked service time and add all your finished magnets to your personalised display board throughout your day. Your guests can come and collect their magnets as and when they like.
Are the magnets personlised to our wedding?
Yes. Each magnet will have your Mr & Mrs and your wedding date stamped on the reverse of each magnet.
Do we get to see all the uploaded photos from our guests?
All the photographs that your guests choose is compiled into your very own personalised digital gallery. You'll receive access to this after the wedding, with 14 days to view and download it.
Do you offer more than the 300 magnets package
Indeed we do. If you have a larger wedding or event then complete our online form and we will contact to you to discuss your bespoke package and quote you accordingly.
What happens if our guests upload more photos than our dedicated package?
On the day, we will make up to the number of magnets that is included in your selected package. Photographs that aren't printed will still remain available in your digital gallery after the wedding. you can also purchase additional magnets of your special day, after the wedding, for a quoted price.
When will the live printing begin?
Live printing usually works from the very start, once guests have started to arrive or start taking photographs. But sometimes it works different to this so we'll help choose a start time that works with your timeline or day.
How much space or area type will you need?
We generally require and area or space of around 2 x 2 metres for the live printing but depending on your package, we may require more space or multiple spaces if bespoke backdrops, booths and props are required. We would also need access to power or availability to run a power cable for the live printing.
